In 2018 Lemme Associates AZ was launched as a professional land surveying firm and a subsidiary of Lemme Engineering Inc. established in 1978 with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Parker, Arizona.

Lemme Associates is solely focused on bringing excellent service to clients needing the application of Land Surveying or Construction Layout activity in their projects. We approach each of project on a team basis to maximize the expertise of each team member, implementing imaginative solutions through surveying analysis and planning We have a complete staff of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado Professional Land Surveyors. We are also Certified Federal Surveyors (CFedS) , Computer Aided Drafters and field personnel.

We provide a full service of professional land surveying and construction layout with technical excellence in the field, utilizing Global Position Satellite Equipment and total station survey instruments which result in the best product at the most economical price. Recognizing that the real key to its success is to provide our clients a quality product and service delivered in a timely and economical manner.

Assisting with your construction layout gives us an opportunity to show you what "service" is all about. We provide any and all staking required for Rough Grade, Curb and Gutter, building corners or gridlines on homes to airport runways.
